ACCESSIBILITY
Using the MayaUPS website with a keyboard or assistive technology.
The website and product are available in English and Canadian French. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the accessibility target. The guidance below describes the website controls and the limits of this statement.
Navigation and keyboard focus
Use the Skip to content link to pass the header. Tab moves between links and controls, with a visible focus indicator. On smaller screens, the Menu button opens navigation; Escape closes it and returns focus to the button.
Product tour and screenshots
Use Left and Right Arrow, Home and End within the product-tour tabs. Each screenshot has a text explanation and can be opened at full size. If JavaScript is unavailable, all seven screens and descriptions remain visible.
Comparison table and questions
The software comparison scrolls horizontally on narrow screens. Focus its labelled table region to scroll by keyboard. Frequently asked questions use expandable controls that work with Enter or Space.
Language and display
The language link opens the corresponding page in the other language. Pages reflow on smaller screens and respect reduced-motion preferences. Text descriptions carry the key information shown in product screenshots.
PDF guides and other documents
The product guides are available in both languages. The web pages provide the main product, operations and security explanations in HTML as well. This statement does not certify the PDFs for every assistive technology.
Website security
The website uses HTTPS with security headers, including a Content Security Policy. It runs no advertising or analytics scripts.
Scope and reporting an issue
The target standard is not a conformance certification. Keyboard and small-screen checks do not establish complete screen-reader support or the conformance of a customer installation.
