MayaUPS is free UPS monitoring software for Windows and Linux, with local operation, an embedded web UI, SQLite database, SNMP v1/v2c/v3 monitoring, RFC 1628 decoding, battery forecasting, alerting, roles, backups, and controlled shutdown behind Observe → Dry-run → Armed.
The public site does not claim a paid software subscription, a hosted cloud service, unconfirmed desktop operating systems, unconfirmed outbound integration mechanisms, uptime statistics, customer counts, or completed live Linux host shutdown proof. Those omissions should remain visible until the underlying facts change.
Before production launch, the final licence text must be reviewed alongside the download-form consent, privacy notice, installer checksums, and release URLs. Missing legal inputs are tracked in OPEN-QUESTIONS.md.
