Software covered
MayaUPS is the local Windows and Linux application, including its web console and database. MayaUPS Cloud is the optional portal for remote consultation. The written proposal and the licence terms it names identify the scope for your deployment.
Licence options
The proposal and the licence terms it names must state the offering, covered sites and equipment, fees, duration, renewal, support and updates. Confirm these points before purchase; visible software functions alone do not establish licence rights.
Local operation and optional portal
The application runs on your Windows or Linux infrastructure. MayaUPS Cloud is optional and provides consultation across connected sites, with selected readings and published service reports. The portal cannot send equipment commands. If the Linux updater is installed, the MayaUPS Cloud service (connect.mayaups.com) also delivers software updates to the site. Review the privacy information before enabling the connection.
Operating responsibility
The site team configures access, alarm recipients, maintenance windows and shutdown policies. Shutdown begins in observation and needs testing for the site’s UPS and hosts. An absent or invalid licence key is reported on the administrator’s Settings page; monitoring and shutdown keep working. Those licence terms govern permitted use and the other legal conditions.
