Service reports

Technician reports appear against the right equipment once they are published, each with its archived PDF. Your MayaUPS installation receives a copy of each published report every day.

Up to date

A change of condition reaches the portal within about a minute, and a full status update follows every hour.

Alarm e-mail relay

MayaUPS Cloud can deliver your alarm e-mails, so a site needs no mail server of its own. You can choose your own SMTP server at any time.

Local by design

Equipment credentials, shutdown settings, agent certificates and user accounts stay on your server. The portal displays information and sends no command to equipment. Monitoring, alarms and shutdown carry on at the site whatever happens to the Internet connection.

Hosted in Quebec

MayaUPS Cloud runs in Beauharnois, Quebec. Equipment pages show 30 days of history, and battery-health results are kept for six years.
