MayaUPS records each battery’s installation date and follows its age, temperature, self-test results and runtime history, whatever the UPS brand. Fleet health gives the reason behind every alert: age above threshold, high temperature, a failed self-test or a replacement due soon.

Replacements planned years ahead

Installation date, expected life and operating temperature give each battery a replacement date; heat brings it forward. Replacements, warranty end dates and preventive maintenance share one timeline, and a reminder arrives ahead of each due date.

A budget finance can use

The multi-year budget totals planned battery replacements and maintenance by site and by year. It exports to CSV for your spreadsheet or purchasing system, so the budget request matches the work on the timeline.

Trends behind each decision

Battery temperature, capacity and runtime are kept in each device’s history over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, next to its self-tests and times on battery, so a replacement decision rests on the unit’s own record.

Service records with each UPS

Visits, notes, parts and battery serial numbers stay with each unit. Before a visit, the technician opens the last report, the battery dates and the recent alarms in one place.

PDF service reports

Technicians issue service reports as PDF: the unit, its readings, observations and the recommended follow-up. Published reports also appear in MayaUPS Cloud for the customer, and a copy reaches the site’s MayaUPS every day.

An example year

In January, the budget shows six battery replacements due across three sites. In March, a self-test fails on one UPS and fleet health moves it to the top of the list. The replacement is planned, the visit is recorded with the new battery serial numbers, and the forecast resets for that unit.
