SOLUTIONS
Mixed-vendor UPS monitoring.
Every UPS brand in one console, with one alarm list, one history and one set of shutdown events.
One view for every brand
Most server rooms grow one purchase at a time, so the fleet ends up with APC next to Eaton, Vertiv next to CyberPower. MayaUPS shows APC, Eaton, Vertiv and Liebert, CyberPower, Tripp Lite, XPC, Delta and Riello side by side, grouped by site, with the same status words and the same readings for each unit: battery capacity, remaining runtime, load, input and output values and battery temperature.
The cards you already have
MayaUPS reads the network management cards already installed in your UPS, from APC NMC 2, NMC 3 and NMC 4 to Eaton Network-M2 and Network-M3, Vertiv RDU120, CyberPower RMCARD, Tripp Lite WEBCARDLX and Riello NetMan. It polls them over SNMP v1, v2c or v3, with SNMPv3 encryption, and applies the right manufacturer profile on its own. Any UPS that follows RFC 1628 joins the fleet too.
USB and serial UPS as well
A UPS connected to a server by USB-HID or a Megatec/Q1 serial cable joins the same fleet through the Windows or Linux agent, with its own readings, alarms and history.
Single-phase and three-phase
Rack and tower units show their single-phase readings; three-phase systems such as APC Galaxy, Eaton 93PM, Vertiv EXS and Riello Sentryum show input, output and load phase by phase. APC Galaxy VS and Galaxy PX units can also be read over Modbus TCP.
History and export for every unit
Each device keeps 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days of history, with energy rollups and CSV export, so a report on one brand looks the same as a report on any other.
PDUs, transfer switches and sensors
Rack PDUs, automatic transfer switches and environmental sensors sit in the same fleet as the UPS that feed them: APC rack PDUs, ATS and NetBotz, Eaton ePDU and ATS, CyberPower ATS and PDUs, Tripp Lite PDUs and EnviroSense, Vertiv Geist and Liebert PDUs.
One alarm list
On battery, Low battery, Overload, On bypass, Communication lost and Replace battery read the same whatever the brand. Related events become one incident, and each alarm reaches the team by e-mail, Microsoft Teams, SMS, syslog, SNMP traps or ServiceNow.
Adding the fleet
Scan a network range, import a CSV file or add a card by address. MayaUPS recognises the manufacturer and card, applies the profile and starts reading. SNMPv3 credentials are entered once and reused across devices.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate tool for each UPS brand?
No. MayaUPS monitors every major brand in one console, with the same readings, alarms and shutdown events for each.
Can MayaUPS read older network cards?
Yes. Older cards such as APC NMC 1, Powerware ConnectUPS, MGE network cards, Liebert IS-UNITY and XPC NetAgent are read next to current models.
Does MayaUPS monitor PDUs and transfer switches?
Yes. Rack PDUs, automatic transfer switches and environmental sensors appear in the same fleet as the UPS.
